Do I get an official ticket for a concert/theater?
Some of our activity hosts require you to have an official event ticket. It will be sent to your email once you have booked through our website. Our customer service agents will send you the ticket within 12 hours.
If you haven't received an official ticket for the event via email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact customer service via the chat on the website or via email at Link, and we will make sure you receive the ticket!
