Access to and use of the Juno Go Platform constitutes acceptance of these Subscription Terms, ("Subscription Terms"). We use the word "Platform" when referring to the website, application or service that Juno Go offers, including content that we provide and digital communications that we send out. We offer this Platform to you and refer to these Terms of Service.

These Subscription Terms also refer to the use of the Juno Go App, published on the App Store® and Google Play Store ® .

About we implement a new, or change our fee, we will notify you in in advance by publishing these changes on our Platform or by sending you a message.

These Subscription Terms govern the sale of memberships on our Platform. All legal aspects regarding the purchase of other products, activities and Services are governed by our Terms of Sale.

All Customers are encouraged to read the subscription terms and conditions before completing a membership purchase ("Membership")on our Platform. The purchase of a Membership constitutes acceptance of these Subscription Terms by the Customer.

Any changes or additions to these Subscription Terms will take effect immediately upon posting on our Platform and will thereafter govern all subscriptions purchased on our Platform.

These Subscription Terms should be considered in addition to specific statements included in the description of Juno Go’s Services that are published, or otherwise disclosed, on our Platform.

1. Customers

Membership is reserved for persons who are entitled to perform and hold binding contracts under applicable law outside any business or professional purpose ("Customers"). Services sold on this Platform are not intended for resale.

When creating a personal account on our Platform ("Account") and/or ordering a premium membership, Customers must provide all information required by our Platform. All such information must be true, accurate and current.

Customers are encouraged to store access information for their Account in a secure manner.

2. Membership

Membership gives the Customer special benefits which are presented on the membership page of our Platform.

There are various payment and subscription options available for the purchase of membership. These options can be found on the Membership page of our Platform and may change over time. Once you have signed up for a free trial or while your first payment is being processed, your subscription has begun, and you will have immediate access to the relevant benefits.

Prices and conditions for subscriptions are subject to change at any time. The price and conditions in effect when you made your first purchase, or when your subscription was last renewed, will apply for your intended subscription period. New prices and conditions will apply to your next payment or new subscriptions. Juno will notify you of any changes in price and/or terms before they take effect. If you choose not to renew your subscription under the new prices and/or terms, you may cancel your subscription as described below.

3. Automatic renewals of subscriptions

Memberships are automatically renewed, meaning that when you sign up for a free trial or become a premium member, your subscription will automatically renew based on the subscription plan you choose (e. g. monthly, annually, etc. ) You will be charged the stated price at the date of purchase (as well as applicable taxes, e. g. VAT if applicable) at the beginning of each billing period for your subscription via the billing method you specified. Please ensure that your billing information is correct to prevent your subscription from being terminated.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us by phone or email. All refunds will be credited to the account details you have provided and linked to your account.

Unless otherwise stated in your subscription terms, the following terms apply:

Free Trial Periods: some of our Services allow a free trial period for you to try the Service before you start your paid membership. If you sign up for a free trial, you may cancel your subscription at any time during that trial at no charge. If you do not cancel your subscription during this trial period, you will begin to be billed at the end of your trial period.

Monthly memberships: memberships charged monthly can be cancelled up to two working days before your renewal date but are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain access to your Services for the remainder of that month. If you do not cancel your subscription later than two working days before your renewal date, your subscription will be renewed for an additional month.

Memberships billed more infrequently than monthly may be cancelled at any time prior to two business days before the renewal date, but are not eligible for a refund. You will have access to the services in force for the remainder of your subscription period, until your subscription is terminated. If you do not cancel your subscription within your subscription period, we will renew your subscription for an additional period, equivalent to your current subscription. If the Customer wishes to cancel the subscription within the first 14 days, Juno may grant a (partial) refund to the Customer, but is under no obligation to do so. Refunds are not based on account usage.

5. Eligibility, suspension or termination

Membership is not an automatic right, it is a benefit for members of the community who abide by our policies and terms and treat other members fairly. We hope that you will want to be with us for a long time, but we may, for arbitrary reasons, determine whether your use of the Platform is appropriate and complies with our Terms and Conditions and our Policy. We may suspend or terminate your Juno Go membership at any time and for any reason (based on arbitrary reasons) if you:

  • Violates any of its terms or any of our terms relating to any of your Juno Go accounts;
  • Violates any of our policies (or the policies of a Juno Go company);
  • Acts in a manner inconsistent with the values of the Juno Go community; or
  • Acts in a way that may harm other members.

If we decide to terminate your membership permanently, unfortunately you do not need to apply for a new membership as you are no longer welcome in our community again. This decision may also apply to other Juno Go accounts you use on Juno Go pages.

6. Payments

We accept the most common credit cards, debit cards and other means of payment available on our Platform (collectively, "Means of Payment").

The Platform will charge the purchase price, defined below as ("Price"), after we have processed your order. Before processing is complete, security procedures may be required depending on as well as regarding the customer's choice of payment method when placing the order, or a pre-authorization/pre-payment for prudence.

The Platform relies on a primary intermediation gateway for the acceptance of payments ("Payment Intermediation"); because of this, neither the Seller nor the Platform processes financial information about the payment method used by the Customer, nor will the Platform process financial information provided by the Customer at Order.

The Platform reserves the right to cancel a transaction and the relevant order if it appears that fraud is taking place with the Payment Method specified by the customer for his/her order. In addition, neither the Seller nor the Platform shall be liable in the event of illegal use of the Payment Method by third parties that is not linked to any fault or negligence on the part of the Platform.

7. Price and offers

All prices presented on the Platform include VAT where applicable.

Any changes to the Price will take effect as soon as they are presented on the Platform, without retroactive effect on orders that have already been accepted.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an Order due to inaccuracies in the Price presented on the Platform.

The special price offer is only valid for the time frame indicated on the Platform and is subject to the conditions indicated on the Platform.

8. Your Content and Privacy

You are responsible for the content you publish on the Juno Go Platform or the information you share with Juno Go. We use the term "Content" to refer to the information, material or other type of content that you choose to share on our Platform or otherwise share with Juno Go. Examples include:

  • The material that organisers and members usually share on our Platform, such as information describing interest groups and activities, comments and pictures;
  • All types of feedback, reviews, suggestions and other communications you send directly to Juno Go.

By being responsible for your Content, you agree, among other things, that:

  • You have all necessary permission, rights and licenses (including copyrights, trademark and contract rights, private rights and public rights) to share Information with our Platform and with Juno Go;
  • Your Content does not include personal, private or confidential information belonging to anyone else; and
  • Your Content does not violate the rights of any other individual or entity.

9. Content license from you

We do not require ownership for your Content. However, to enable us to advance, improve, promote and protect our Platform and Juno Go, and to ensure that we do not infringe the rights you have, you hereby grant Juno a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, general, sub-licensable, transferable right and license (including moral rights waiver) to use, store, reproduce, modify, publish, publicly display and create derivative works of Your Content and to exploit the copyright, trademark, publicity and database rights You have in Your Content. This license allows your content to remain on the Platform even after you resign your membership in a continuing active group or on the Platform.

10. Integrity

Juno Go collects and records information about you through our Platform. For information on how we collect and use this information, please see our Privacy and Cookie Policy. These policies do not govern the use of information you provide to third parties, such as partners, organizers, and other members of the Juno Go Platform.

11. Relevant laws and disputes

These terms of sale are governed by Swedish law.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer should be aware that the European Commission offers a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution (ODR platform), which can be accessed via this link: http://ec. europa. eu/odr.
