Will I get an official ticket to a concert/theatre?

Some of our activity hosts require you to have an official event ticket. This will be sent to your email once you have booked via our website. Our customer service agents will send the ticket to you within 12 hours.

If you have not received an official ticket for the event by email, please check your spam folder on your email. If it's not there either, please contact customer service via the chat on the website or via email at [email protected] and we'll make sure you get the ticket!
