Why did I receive an email asking me to rate an activity I have attended?

We want to make sure that you had a great experience at the activity, and that the activity host gave you great service! We will therefore send you an email when the activity is over to ask for your feedback. Feel free to leave a rating on the activity and a comment on what you thought - anything from the activity itself, to the venue, whether it was easy to get to, or tips for someone who has booked - you name it!

Even if the cancellation period has expired, please contact us and cancel your booking so that someone else can go to the activity! We cannot guarantee a refund if the cancellation period has expired.
