How can I cancel an activity?
Each activity has its own cancellation policy. You can find them on the product/activity description and in the booking confirmation sent to your email. If you cancel within this time period, you will receive a refund!
To cancel, log in to <0>your account0> and access the <1>bookings page on your account dashboard1>. Select the booking you want to cancel from the list of upcoming bookings and click the 'Cancel' button. If you don't see a cancellation button, the cancellation period for the activity has expired. Contact customer service if you need assistance!
