I have to cancel an activity, what do I do?

Each activity has its own cancellation policy. You can find them on the product/activity description and in the booking confirmation sent to your email. If you cancel within this time period, you will be reimbursed!

To cancel, log on to your account and open the booking page on your account panel. Select the booking you wish to cancel from the list of upcoming bookings and click on the 'Cancel' button. If you do not see a cancellation button, the cancellation period for the activity has expired. Please contact customer service if you need help!
