I need to cancel an activity, what should I do?

Each activity has its own cancellation policy. You can find them in the product/activity description and in the booking confirmation sent to your email. If you cancel within this time period, you will be refunded! To cancel, log in to your account and open the booking page in your account panel. Select the booking you want to cancel from the list of upcoming bookings and click the 'Cancel' button. If you don't see a cancellation button, the cancellation period for the activity has expired. Contact customer service if you need assistance!
