How do I know if my booking is complete?
Once you have booked and paid for your activity, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation to your email. In this confirmation you will see the name of the activity, date, address and any additional information from the activity host. If you have not received a booking confirmation, please check your spam folder in your email. If it is not there either, please contact customer service via the chat on the website, or via email at [email protected] so we can give you the right information!
